Wire bound documents are a popular way to bind, from manuals and notebooks to bound business reports, wire bound brochures and wire bound booklets. Sealed with a ‘C’ shaped wire which allows a document to be opened flat on a table, the paper is first punched (drilled) in to and then the wire is threaded through. This type of finish means that even though it is a strong and fixed bind, it is possible to remove the wire, add or remove pages, and then re-bind it.
