When designing and ordering bollard covers, there are a few things to keep in mind to get the most out of your investment. Follow these top tips to ensure your bollard covers look and perform at their best:

  • Measure:
    Measure the bollard carefully before ordering, checking its width, depth and height. Allow sufficient room for the cover to slide comfortably over the bollard without being too loose.
  • Design:
    Keep important text, logos and contact details away from folds, edges and locking tabs. Use bold colours, simple messages and large lettering, as bollard advertising is often viewed quickly or from a distance. Artwork templates are available for our standard square and triangular sizes, and our design team can help prepare your files if required.
  • Bespoke Requirements:
    For a bespoke bollard cover, tell us how many sides you require, the width of each side and the finished height. The typical maximum overall Correx board width is 1200mm, including the 96.5mm allowance required for the interlocking tabs. Larger Correx sheets may be available, so please ask if your dimensions exceed this limit.

They can withstand typical British weather, although we recommend securing them correctly and bringing them indoors during extreme winds or prolonged severe weather to maximise their lifespan.

Can you make a bespoke size?Yes. We can produce custom printed bollard covers in specific dimensions or shapes, subject to material and board-size limitations.
