From off the roll straight edges, to shape cut or plot cut vinyl, we can bring your designs to life on our flatbed cutter.

Maximum size:
We have two production machines, which we use depending on your required size and quantity, ensuring you receive the most cost-effective option.

• Small format = (A3) 420mm x 297mm
• Large format = 1.58m x 30m

Printing option:
Available to print in simple mono (black print) or full colour CMYK.

Large Format (Substrate) Types:

• White Self-Adhesive Vinyl:
  Our Self-Adhesive Vinyl provides high quality printed vinyl and printed stickers for displays. They're great for long-term advertisements, notices, displaying a company logo, signage and more.
• Light Block (Greyback):
  Our printed self-adhesive block out vinyl and stickers printing provide a high quality printed grey backed block out product with non-see-through background.

Large Format Adhesive Type:

• Low Grade:
  Low Grade adhesive is an excellent all-round choice for flat smooth surfaces such as Plaster, Wood or Display Boards.
• Medium Grade:
  This is a mid-strength adhesive suitable for Flat Porous Surfaces or Rough Surfaces, we would recommend fitting medium grade with a heat gun.
• High Grade:
  This is a high-strength adhesive suitable for all surfaces. However, once it's fitted it's not coming off.

Large Format Lamination:
To ensure your labels and stickers are protected, we recommend choosing an Anti-Graffiti, Anti- Scuff, Dry Wipe, Matt or Gloss lamination.

Small Format Material (Substrate) Types:

• Paper:
  A cost-effective, general-purpose Label with an 81gsm face weight. It has a semi-gloss finish and is available in both permanent and removable adhesive options. You can use it in temperatures ranging from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius.
• White PP Plastic:
  A water-resistant white polypropylene (PP) plastic film with a 59gsm face weight. Available in both permanent and removable adhesive options. You can use it in temperatures ranging from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. Super permanent adhesive is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius.
• White PP Opaque:
  A white PP substrate with an opaque metallic backing which prevents show-through when applied to pre-printed products. It has a permanent adhesive and is excellent for over labelling. You can use it in temperatures ranging from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius.
• Silver Metallic:
  A glossy, silver metallic polypropylene Label substrate with a permanent adhesive. Print colour directly on top for a lustrous metallic effect or use with white ink for striking designs. You can use it in temperatures ranging from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius.

Small Format Adhesive Type:

• Semi Permanent: Semi-permanent adhesive is an excellent all-round choice for standard Labels. It's not suitable for use on rough surfaces, very small Labels, or Labels with special lamination, such as soft touch. We recommend semi-permanent adhesive on Labels intended for machine application.

• Super Permanent: This is a high-strength adhesive suitable for permanent labelling. It's incredibly tough to remove and facilitates very long-lasting Labels. Super permanent adhesive is only available on White PP and Rustique.

• Removable: This gentle adhesive makes your Sticker or Label easy to remove from a surface and won't leave residue. Removable adhesive is only available on White PP (excluding White PP opaque), Clear PP and Paper.

Small Format Coating or Lamination:
To ensure your labels are protected, we recommend choosing a coating or lamination. A coating is more widely used on labels, due to application limitations for a laminate on several label materials. View the table below for the most suitable coating on your label.

We offer Pantone Colours, Foiling, Spot UV and Silver Ink on certain substrates. Contact us with your specifications, to receive a bespoke quote.
